Warranties & Returns:
All products sold by
PoolAndSpa.com come complete with the manufacturer's warranties.
PoolAndSpa.com does not warranty any product it sells. However,
you may return any unopened or unused product to us within 30
days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt
and the original packaging.
If you receive a defective item, you have 30 days to return it
to us. You will not be charged a re-stocking fee on defective
items. If you believe a product is defective,
please contact us. You will not need a refund for your defective item,
as we will replace it for you once it has been determined
to be defective. All
product warranties are through the manufacturer of the product your
ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any
used or opened product for a refund, unless defective.

provide you with an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) via e-mail. Write the RGA #
on the outside of the box when you send it back. Unfortunately, no
returns will be accepted without a valid RGA #. PoolAndSpa.com does not
reimburse return shipping charges. You will be responsible for the
return shipping charge. We credit all
returns with valid RGA #’s within 7 days
less any shipping charges & applicable 25% restock fees.
Most orders will carry this 25% restock fee. We will not, under any circumstances, return any shipping fees.
Sorry, but special order items,
Custom Made Products, Spa covers,
Custom Loop Loc Pool Covers, Spa control/equipment packs, Clearance items,
Pool Heaters, Aboveground Pools, Liners, Automatic Robotic Vacuums, and
Unwrapped Filter Cartridges may not be returned unless defective (See
STOCK LOOP LOC POOL COVER RETURNS:
Stock Loop Loc Pool Covers will incur a
10% restock fee
if returned. Loop Locs must be in their original box and must
not have been installed. Loop loc will inspect the cover before
any credit can be issued. Customer is responsible for any return
shipping charges. Exchanges will not incur the restock fee
unless cover is damaged.
Receiving a defective item is very rare in
this industry due to the fact that most items are tested before
they leave the factory. If you receive
an item that you feel is defective. Please give us a call first. Most of
the time we can help you out over the phone. If we can determine
that the product is in fact defective, we will ship a new one to
you right away and pick up the defective one free of charge. If
you receive a defective item that is considered "non-returnable" you will need to
return it to us at your expense within our 30 day return period. We will
evaluate the issue and let you know our findings. All items
will be bench tested by a technician to determine what is wrong. No new
product will be sent out until the bench test is complete (usually 5-7
business days). If it is found that
the product is in fact defective, we will replace the item at no
charge to you and refund you your return shipping. If the item is found
to not be defective or was damaged by the consumer from improper
usage/installation then we will contact you by phone, return the item to you and charge your
credit card for the actual return shipping charges (which will vary
based on the item and your location). After our 30 day
return period, the manufacturers warranty will take effect and you will
have to call them to find out how to proceed with a warranty claim.
If you order an item and then refuse shipment
we will accept the
return and you will be charged a 25% restock fee plus actual
return shipping charges that are charged to us by the chosen
carrier. If, upon inspection of the item(s), we determine that
they have been damaged or installed, we will return the item(s)
to you and charge you the actual shipping fees incurred by us
with the chosen carrier. There will be no exception to this rule.
NOT refuse shipments unless we have authorized you to do so.
For your safety, we
recommend sending item(s) back to us using USPS, UPS or FED-EX so there is
tracking information just in case your return gets lost. PoolAndSpa.com
is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Do not send items to the address that may be
on the box you received. They will be refused!! The address to return your item will be
included in the e-mail we send you with your RGA #
