How To Return or Cancel an Item

1 - You must first get a Return Goods Authorization Number.  You can do this by filling out the form below.  No package will be accepted without a prior RGA approval number clearly printed on the outside of the package.

2 - Please include a copy of your receipt with your product return.

3 - Simply send the item back to the address that is stated in the E-mail you receive from us.

1 - To cancel an order or a backorder that has not yet shipped, simply email us at with your order information and we will cancel the item(s) and credit your charge card.

2 - To cancel an order if the order has already been shipped out to you, simply follow the instructions above for "Returns" instead.

1 - Once credit request is received and/or your product has been returned to and received by us, you will receive a refund check or your credit card will be credited less the standard 25% restock fee.  Please allow up to 30 days to see your credit on your credit card statement or to receive a check in the mail. Any credit over 25.00 will receive a check in the mail. If you receive a defective item, you have 30 days to return it to us. You will not be charged a re-stocking fee on defective items. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us. You will not need a refund for your defective item, as we will replace it for you once it has been determined to be defective.

All products sold by come complete with the manufacturer's warranties. You may return any unopened, unused or defective product to us postpaid within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. If your order is over 30 days old a return request will be denied by us. Sorry, but special order items, Custom Made Products, Spa covers, Custom Pool Covers, Clothing, Clearance items, Unwrapped Filter Cartridges, spa equipment packs and electrical parts may not be canceled or returned.

When submitted, your request is sent to our returns department for approval.

When approved, you will be sent an email with a return authorization number and the return address to send it to.

If your return request is denied for any reason, you will be notified as to the reason and how to obtain further assistance.
