On Most Orders Over $99

Our Shipping charge on all orders under $99.00 is only $9.95. No extra handling fees at all !  Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed when you checkout. If we are shipping to an address in Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, APO or Puerto Rico, there will be an additional charge to ship to these areas. (see below). Most in-stock items are shipped out within 24 hours from when we receive your order and delivered within 3-7 business days via UPS, FED-EX, US MAIL OR COMMON CARRIER TRUCK.  Please note,  "Business Days" are Monday-Friday. We do not ship anything on the weekends.

Some larger items and may require Common Carrier trucker delivery. You will be advised of this situation via phone or email after ordering such an item if there will be a fee involved. We offer a trucking delivery service for a nominal fee. If you order such an item, please allow an extra 7-10 days for delivery. PoolAndSpa.com cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected shipments or acts of nature (Snow, Rain, Wind, Ice, Freezing etc.) after your package leaves our facility.  We will do everything within reason to help you resolve these uncommon issues but we will not be responsible for any charges incurred by errors out of our control.

If you live in a country that we do not ship to we will notify you by e-mail. Not all of our items can be shipped Internationally. If you order such an Item we will notify you by e-mail.

We are not required to collect Sales Tax for any delivery address in the United States except Florida.  A 7% Sales Tax will be added to orders delivered to Florida State addresses.

Due to the fact that we often ship our orders from multiple warehouses throughout the country within 24-48 hours, we generally do not need to offer any type of "Expedited Shipping".  If you do need Expedited Shipping for your order, please call us at 702-437-4343 or 1-800-876-7647 to see if this type of shipping is available for the product(s) you purchased and what the cost would be.  You can also send us an email at customerservice@poolandspa.com if that is more convenient for you.

Please Note: If we do ship your order expedited (IE: UPS next day air, 2nd day air etc..) and there is a problem beyond our control and the package is delayed due to the fault of UPS or Fed-ex, there will be no discount or refund offered on the shipment. Generally, UPS/Fed-Ex will not credit back shipping fees for issues that arise on delayed shipments.

We ship "Best Way" depending on where you live and what you are ordering via UPS ground, Federal Express, Freight Lines or US Priority Mail.  Most delivery services take between 3-7 days to deliver, depending on where you live. Special Order or Backorder items will obviously take longer. All in stock orders will be shipped out right away and the actual delivery time will vary depending on the shipping company and your actual location.
 

We do not ship to PO Boxes unless you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, APO or Puerto Rico.  Please provide a street address for all orders shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States.

We ship via US MAIL to these areas (on most items) and you will be notified of the additional shipping charges, in advance of us shipping out your order (for you to approve).

If you receive a defective item, you have 30 days to return it to us. You will not be charged a re-stocking fee on defective items. If you cancel an order, or return an item, you will receive a credit to your charge card, or a refund check within 15 days, less any shipping charges and/or 25% re-stock fees, where applicable.
