I am purchasing a Special Order item from Poolandspa.com. I understand that Poolandspa.com does not have this product in stock and it will have to be specially ordered just for me.

Since Poolandspa.com must order and pay for this special order part in full, I also understand that once I place this order with Poolandspa.com, it is NON-Cancelable, NON-returnable and my money will not be refunded if I choose to cancel or return the product.

I further understand that depending on the Manufacturer of the part I ordered, Special order items can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery. I am willing to wait for my order to arrive.

If the part(s) prove to be obsolete, or are unavailable from any of our parts suppliers, you will receive a full refund.
