Dear Dan,
Just a note to let you know how
much we are enjoying our new spa. As you know, we were very
concerned about the upkeep and maintenance that we thought the
spa would need. Your suggestions to add the Ozonator and use
"Perfect PH" were sure right ! We have had no problems
with the water and my husband and I continue to use the spa
almost every night. You guys are great. Keep up the good work !

Dear Hot Tub Guys,
My husband and I wanted you to
have the enclosed picture of our newly "renovated spa"
that you guys helped fix. We were very satisfied with the service
people you had sent over. Frank was very nice and did all the
work we needed in a very timely manner. We were amazed at the
power of the new motors that he installed. They make it seem like
a brand new hot tub ! We will certainly recommend you to our
friends that have hot tubs.

Dear Jeff,
I wanted to send you a letter to
express my thanks for all the help you gave me over the phone
with my hot tub chemicals. Maybe you can use this letter to show
other customers who have had a similar experience to mine.
I had purchased my hot tub from a
jerk who sells swimming pools. After a botched delivery and
almost destroying my fence, he left me a container of chlorine
and no chemical instructions.
Repeated calls to his store never
got me anywhere. They simply did not know about how to take care
of a spa ! Luckily, my girlfriend knew about you guys and gave me
one of your newsletters. You were very friendly and helpful to me
over the phone, even though I did not buy my hot tub from you.
The tips you gave me and the instructions that you sent along
with all the "right" chemicals made it very easy for me
to understand.
Now we have nothing but good times
with our spa. You saved us from what started out being a horrible
experience with this other company. I will tell all my friends to
always call you for any hot tub problems.

Dear Allyson,
As you know, I was very hesitant
to use your mail order hot tub supply service. Other things I
have ordered through the mail usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive
and there is always something wrong or some item missing.
Enclosed is my current order for
supplies. I was so happy with the products I received last time
and I couldn't believe how fast the stuff arrived !
When I had the problem with my
bromine floater, I called and spoke with Tim over the phone. He
explained to me the proper way to use it and I haven't had any
problems ever since.
I will definitely continue to use
your services. Please keep my name on your mailing list so I Keep
getting those catalogues.

I am really pleased to see that
you folks now have an e-mail address and that I can order all my
hot tub supplies right from my computer !
So few businesses these days
utilize the latest technology, and I always like to do business
with companies who are on the "cutting edge" ! It is so
much more convenient for me to simply e-mail my supply orders to
you. I usually have my chemicals within 2 days. Now that's good
service.

Site. Hopefully it is as good as your "Hot Tub Life"
