Weird & Unusual Uses for Hot Tubs

Every day we come to work, all the Customer Service Representatives always joke about the fact that "they have heard it all" ! You can probably imagine the kind of things that we see and hear about how people use their hot tubs and what they do in them.

We wont talk about the main thing that people do in their hot tubs (relax, of course!), however we would like to share some unusual and different uses that people have for their spas.

Color Therapy. We have one customer who is a psychotherapist / psychic / faith healer who puts her "patients" into her special hot tub room and uses the different colored hot tub light lenses to help heal her patients. She lets them soak in the tub for about an hour, with the whole room and tub lit up in different colors, depending on their illness. This supposedly relaxes and heals the patient !

UFO Watchers. We have quite a number of customers who have reported seeing UFO's flying around at night while they were in their hot tubs ! A few of our customers are members of special UFO groups who go into their tubs at night specifically to wait for UFO's !

Prayer and Meditation. Many hot tub users report that their spa is the perfect place for their nightly meditation or prayer session with God. They report that the warm water and relaxing effects of their hot tub make for a perfect environment to get in touch with their higher power and clear their minds of all the stress of the day.

Psychology Sessions. We have quite a few customers who are Psychiatrists or Psychologists and they report that they let some of their patients relax in their spa before their session. They say this really relaxes them and makes them more talkative and open!
