Gulf Coast Spas Wins Awards For Luxury Series Brochure and Online Technical Support Guide

CLEARWATER, FL - March 21, 2007 (Gulf Coast Spa Manufacturers) - The Society for Technical Communication has honored Gulf Coast Spas for its Luxury Series Brochure and its Online Technical Support Guide.

During the Florida Technical Communications Competition annual showcase event, Gulf Coast took home an Award of Excellence in the Promotional Materials category for its 32-page brochure and an Award of Merit in the User Support Tools category for its 4,000-page online guide.

The 9x12 Gulf Coast brochure introduces the World's First Appliance-Grade Spa™ and features the Luxury Series line of spas. These spas represent the industry's first successful implementation of GE's Geloy-based acrylic offering unique aesthetic appeal.

The judges called the Gulf Coast brochure "a very visually attractive and engaging piece. Beautiful and professional photos and graphics reinforce the message of high-quality, reliability and professionalism."

The web-based Technical Support Guide is an extension of Gulf Coast Spas' 24/7 technical support and warranty service program. Customers can log in with their serial number and access information about their spas including step-by-step troubleshooting diagrams, owner's manuals and parts replacement procedures.
