Job Description:
POOLANDSPA.COM is a well established online retailer of swimming pool & hot tub spa products and accessories. We are offering immediate full time and part time positions for experienced, prompt & reliable individuals. The right candidate must have a great work ethic and positive attitude in order to join our customer service team. Must be able to multi-task and handle very busy phones in a fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Taking orders, heavy phones, order entry, expediting orders, order revisions, etc.
Invoicing, billing, filing, misc. clerical duties etc…
Customer service responding to customer inquiries via heavy phones, mail, email and fax
Shipment tracking and follow up
Special projects and tasks as needed.
