Custom Spa Cover - Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Custom Spa Cover Orders.

By ordering this spa cover, you are
agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Spa covers are all Custom made and therefore not returnable or cancelable for any reason. Once the manufacturing process begins you will not be able
to cancel or make any changes to the order. Please call us right away if
your order is not correct or you would like to make any changes. If you
ordered any other products on this order they will arrive within 7-10
business days.

All Templates sent in by customers for the purpose of manufacturing a spa
cover will be made to the exact template. However, due to the manufacturing
process there is a 1” tolerance on all measurements. This will not affect
the cover fitting on the spa. Poolandspa.com and Prestige Spa Covers will
not be held responsible for any errors in measuring due to customer error.

New Custom Spa Covers take 2-3 weeks for delivery.


Due to the size of spa covers, they are shipped by a common carrier freight
Company. No tracking number will be provided for the shipment. 24-48 hours
before your spa cover is going to be delivered you will receive a phone call
from the freight company to set up a delivery time. You must be home to sign
for the delivery. This is a “Curb Side” delivery, Meaning that the truck
driver will drop off the cover at your curbside or on your driveway. They
will not install it for you nor will they take away your old spa cover.

When your new spa cover arrives please inspect the spa cover for any damage
before you sign for it. In the unlikely event that your new spa cover is
damaged, please do not sign for it, Note all damage, no matter how small, on
the delivery ticket, refuse delivery and call us right away. If you do not
inspect the package contents or If you sign for the spa cover and then
notice there is damage to it, then any damage claims are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser, and may be denied by the freight carrier.
You will be responsible for all costs in getting the cover sent back to
Prestige and repaired, if you choose to have it repaired. When you sign for
the spa cover you are stating that the spa cover has arrived in good
condition and you are willing to accept it as is. Poolandspa.com, Prestige
spa covers and the chosen shipping company will not be held responsible for
damages to a spa cover that has been accepted & signed for.

If your spa cover is delivered damaged and you refuse delivery, it will be
sent back to Prestige. It will then be re-shipped to you - all of this will be
free of charge to you.

Please realize that damages to spa covers are rare and it probably won’t
happen to you but it has happened in the past and we need to make you aware
of the possibility that it could happen. Redelivery time is approx. 2

Poolandspa.com and Prestige spa covers will not be held responsible for damages caused by the shipping company. Therefore, spa covers cannot be cancelled or returned for credit due to damages. The cover will be repaired or replaced and resent back to you.

Custom Spa Covers are NOT RETURNABLE or CANCELABLE for any reason.
