To get the current status of
your order, simply click on the animated character to the left and fill
out the form beneath her. All requests for order
status must be done through the use of this form because it is sent
directly to our shipping department to retrieve your current order status.
Order status requests cannot be done over the phone.

Information about online orders:
PACKAGE
TRACKING - If you have placed
an order, and you have attempted to track it on our Package Tracking Page,
and it does not give you a result, you can fill out the form to the
left
and we will respond to you via email within 24-48 hours with the
current status of your order. We return order status emails
Monday-Friday, so requests received Friday afternoon may not be
returned until Monday. Please be patient, we will contact you as soon as
possible.
STOCK
ITEMS
- Most IN STOCK items are shipped out within
48 hours from the date of your order. Please note that it may take a day
or two from the date of your order until your information is placed into this
system. Realize that most IN STOCK orders may take between 7-10 business days via UPS
or FEDEX to get to you
from the
date they were shipped out.
Non-stock
or special order items will take longer.
NON-STOCK
ITEMS - If you have
received a notice from us that one or more of the items
you ordered is temporarily sold out, or we are waiting for it from the
manufacturer, you may choose to keep the item on order and
we will ship it as soon as possible - or - you can
simply email us at

with your order information and we can cancel the item(s) for you. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you
want the item(s) and will ship them out immediately as soon as they come in.
EMAIL
REPLIES -
Please note that many
customers have recently been having a lot of trouble receiving emails due to the
rampant over use of anti-spam protection software and firewall programs.
This is specifically a problem with gmail, hotmail and SBCglobal email accounts.
Although sometimes useful, these programs are causing a tremendous amount of
frustration and confusion for both our customers and our customer service staff.
We do respond to
each and every Order Status Request promptly. If you do not get your
email response in your normal email "in-box", please check your "spam" or "bulk
email" folders in your email program for our response. If you get your
email through a business (or work) computer system, you may also want to make
sure that anything from poolandspa.com
is not being blocked by commonly used firewall protection programs such as
"Barracuda", "Spam Assassin" and others. You may also want to add
customerservice@poolandspa.com
to your "contact list" or "group list" to ensure that you receive our
communications about your order.
Please realize that we cannot be responsible for misdirected emails or the
failure of anti-spam software that may or may not be installed on the computer
or system you use to access your email account. Thank you !
