Out of 167 spa brands manufactured today, Spasearch™ magazine has recognized Hot Spring® Spas as a Spasearch Certified Manufacturer for the fourth year in a row. Hot Spring Spas is one of only five brands to receive the coveted certification for four consecutive years.

The certification recognizes Hot Spring as a manufacturer that consistently provides a superior buying experience for new hot tub owners based on an audited third-party satisfaction survey. To determine overall customer satisfaction, survey participants were asked a number of questions related to the product such as appearance, quality, reliability, ease of use, comfort and value. They were also asked to rate their local dealer in terms of product knowledge, professionalism and installation.
