COLEMAN AND LIVING WATER PRODUCTS AGREE ON TERMS
OF A LICENSE TO MANUFACTURE PREMIUM HOT TUBS

CLEARWATER, Fla., Sept. 24, 2008 – Living Water Products today announced it has agreed with The
Coleman Company, Inc. of Wichita, Kan., on terms of a license effective October 14, 2008 to manufacture
premium hot tubs and spas.

“We are really excited to add Coleman‘s brand to our collection of branded products,” said Living Water
Products President Bradford Tatum.

Formerly known as Tatum Manufacturing Inc, the company officially became Living Water Products in
April of this year, not only to further define the company, but to focus on building an organization that
eagerly strives for the success of its dealers.

Living Water Products has assembled a team of industry-leading sales and marketing professionals to
assist in building a world class Power Branding for Profit dealer program. Adding another world famous
brand to our existing La-Z-Boy Spas line gives dealers the industry’s only Power Brands collection, hence
the Power Branding for Profit dealer program that Living Water Products will be rolling out after this
agreement takes effect.
