Paying for your Products or Services

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Personal Check, Wire transfer and Business checks (checks must clear our bank before products will be shipped). Payment in full is required before order will ship.. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.

Warranties and Returns

All products sold by Poolandspa.com come complete with the manufacturer's warranties. You may return any unopened, unused or defective product to us within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. To return any item, simply visit our web site or email us with your request and we will provide you with an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization). Request a Return Authorization Number now.  Note the RGA # on the outside of the box when you send it back. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted without a valid RGA #. We credit all returns with valid RGA #’s within 30 days less the standard 15% restock fee. Refunds over 25.00 will receive a refund check  We do not, under any circumstances, return shipping costs. Sorry, but clearance products, special order items, custom pool or spa covers and electrical parts may not be canceled or returned. For your safety, we recommend sending the item(s) back to us using UPS or FED-EX so there is tracking information just in case your return gets lost. Poolandspa.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Privacy Policy

Our email mailing list and postal mailing list remain the exclusive property of Poolandspa.com.  We do not sell or rent our mailing lists to anyone.   We do not divulge any customer demographic information to any other entity for any other particular use other than providing information that was specifically requested by you.  Our customer lists are used by us to send out newsletters, brochures, catalogs and announcements via both email and postal mail.  If you wish to stop further transmissions of commercial email to you by us - it may be stopped at no cost to you by replying to remove@poolandspa.com with REMOVE in the subject line. We promptly honor all REMOVE requests.

Warehouse Pick-Up

All orders are strictly over the internet.  Sorry, but no local warehouse pickups allowed.

We feel that our prices are among the lowest offered in the Country. Our policy is to provide you with the highest quality brand name products for the lowest price possible. If you get your hot tub or pool supplies from any place other than Poolandspa.com you are paying too much !

Poolandspa.com is an Online Retailer of Swimming Pool, Spa Parts and Accessories Only. We do not have stores or showrooms. All of the products we sell are on our website only. We do not do any type of service work on Pools or Spas.
