Caldera Spas Customers Will Flip for New Aquatic Melodies Wireless Music System

Advent remote control lets spa users adjust music, lighting, jets, water temperature, cleaning cycles and more from inside or out of hot tub

Vista, CA- With two weatherproof flip-up speakers and the new Advent® remote control, the Aquatic Melodies® Wireless music system boosts the entertainment factor for Caldera® Spas owners.

"The Aquatic Melodies Wireless music system allows customers to enjoy their favorite sounds on any Caldera spa they choose," said Kacy Cosley, Product Manager for Caldera Spas.

The Aquatic Melodies Wireless music system includes the customized iCastT transmitter and receiver. Specifically designed to accommodate an iPod®, the iCast transmitter also can attach to any audio source with a lineout. The transmitter is positioned in the home. Sound is sent wirelessly to the iCast receiver installed in the spa's equipment compartment, allowing owners to listen to the audio source they enjoy most.

"Unlike other iPod-compatible spa music systems, the Aquatic Melodies Wireless music system lets customers leave their iPod indoors, where it's safe from water, weather and wet hands," Cosley said. "Plus, the iCast transmitter charges their iPod while it's docked, so when they're done enjoying their spa, their iPod is ready to rock."

The two weatherproof flip-up speakers can be installed at any position around the spa cabinet. These innovative and attractive speakers complement the spa beautifully and deliver high-quality stereo sound. In the up position, the speakers direct sound into the spa. Flip the speakers into the down position to direct sound into the backyard for outdoor entertaining. Caldera spa owners can enjoy the music system even when they are not in the spa.

The Advent remote control is another new introduction for Caldera Spas. This remote lets customers conveniently adjust iPod track and volume from inside or outside of the spa, with the added benefit of controlling electronic spa functions including music, lighting, jets, water temperature, cleaning cycles and more. The Advent remote control can be purchased separately and added to all 2008 Caldera spas.
