Thorsby, AB Canada, 11 February 2008 - Blue Falls Manufacturing of Alberta, Canada, is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Burt as Regional Manager for the northeastern United States.

Burt has been with Arctic for six years as owner of two dealerships, Arctic Spas New England and Arctic Spas Cape Cod. As a retailer, Burt acquired knowledge of every aspect of the business from manufacturing to sales and service. Among his stores' retail achievements were Best New Dealer 2002, Outstanding Service USA 2003, and Summit awards in 2003, 2004 and 2005.

His current role is to build the Arctic Spas dealer network by recruiting new dealers in the Northeast region. Burt notes that "This is obviously one of the most exciting opportunities that I have ever been involved with. In this new role, I am proud to represent Arctic Spas with the utmost professionalism."

In his late teens, Burt was a member of the Canadian Olympic Water Polo team and was voted to the NCAA All American team in 1989 while attending UCSB. Prior to Scott's work with Arctic Spas, he spent 10 years as Vice President of Sales for SMED International, another multi-million dollar corporation.
