Shot Varsity II basketball game for in-ground and
above-ground
swimming pools with decks. The Varsity II features an
all-plastic
design that boosts strength and adds longevity by
eliminating the
metal screws, nuts, washers and aluminum supports used in
other games
in favor of only a plastic base and plastic backboard, plus
a
regulation sized metal rim. The new Varsity II assembles
easily in a
few minutes by two people.
Featuring the key elements that established the original
Pool Shot
Varsity as a fixture in resorts, hotels, water parks, health
clubs,
YMCA's and other aquatic facilities, the commercial quality
Varsity
II is highlighted by the patented Pool Shot triple-winged
backboard,
which returns scoring shots and corrals errant shots to
prevent the
ball from leaving the pool. The new Varsity II also includes
an
innovative base that fills with pool water or sand for safe,
secure,
anti-tip stability and also provides a novel ball storage
area that
secures two basketballs inside the unit. Both the backboard
and base
are rotationally molded of polyethylene to withstand
extreme,
non-stop gameplay and provide near immunity to chlorinated
water,
sunlight and inclement weather. The Varsity II may be left
poolside
year round or stored seasonally.
