that's too funny, i have contacted them also,being very skeptical got me here, about 2 months from buying doing my homework in Ga. Laguna Bay and home and garden spas are the same and are losing votes with me rapidly. Oh Great spa man lead the way!

whenever i checked laguna bay spa on the BBB it had an F rating. i just wonder the quality of their product.

If you look at the control panel (under features on thier web site) it is identical to the imported china tubs Ive seen.
