I was on vacation, Apparently you guys want to see the warranty of the spa i bought. I have no problem with that. I dont have a scanner but can write it out for you. I dont know what all the fuss about warranty is about.
I have had very poisitive response when i had a broken jet, They replaced it no questions asked.
The Atera Spas Warranty Reads:
Lifetime Cabinet Warranty includes Fading, Deteoration, cracking, Discoloration and to be free of defects.
Lifetime Jet Warranty All Spa jets where all natural water treatment is used.
20 Year on Shell Structure Warranted to defects in materials and workmanship
5 Years on Spa Shell Surface, Warranted against any defect for 5 years from original delivery date
3 Years on All Parts, Including all parts on the unit unless otherwise specified.
I dont know why that was such a big deal, I know you can see the same abreviated version online.
I am not sure who the people here are who are slandering the company. Its been a GREAT Spa with a one of a kind Cooler. I Love my spa and would be happy to tell anyone about my experience!

Hey Mark,
Thanks for the info.. I think Premiere and I wanted to see the full warranty with the disclaimers and exceptions. Mostly all manufacturers have one and we are just trying to find theres, that's all. If you've noticed in prior posts, a we have asked about a million times for it, and it still hasn't been produced. Just seems shady.
With all this being said, since you are a happy customer.. Would you mind calling Atera and find out how much the cooling system inside your system will cost when you are our of warranty in 3 years? It doesn't sound like it would be an inexpesive part. I also believe shoppers who are interested in the Atera brand deserve the right to know..
Atera seems very quick to post customer references however they are very slow to answer warranty questions.. Hope you don't mind being a guinea pig for us..
Thanks again Mark.

Hey Guys, I called them today, I had to replace my cover anyways since we had a crazy Hail Storm here in AZ. They said that it really depends on the part that is bad. The whole cooler unit does not get replaced but just the broken part. They said that worst case scenario you would be looking about $370.00 if the compressor went out. They say that is rare with the American Made conponents. But i guess you never know?
The guy at Atera Spas actually discounted my cover purchase because he had been reading our coorespondance on here?? Hope that helps out. Its getting cold here now so i probably wont fire up the cooler again until next may.
I asked about any exclusions in the warranty, they said as long as the spa was not obviously abused (the example he gave me was green and full or gunk) that there are not exclusions in the warranty. It is very basic. He did mention that if you move the spa and dont have it done by an authorized spa mover it would void the warranty.
Mark

What's up with the last line? Guess the actual, COMPLETE warranty is still being hidden.

The Atera AnyTemp Spas warranty is exactly as it reads! The last line that you are calling your "red flag" is in place for people that abuse their spa. If someone lets their spa sit half full of water all winter and it freezes over and cracks and breaks components they WILL NOT be covered.
That is what the last line is referring to, obvious abuse and nothing else! Every company in America has the same exclusions in there warranty.
If you would like to see the quality of the Atera AnyTemp Spas purchase one and see for yourself. Otherwise we respectfully request that you stop making slanderous remarks about our company and our warranty.
This is a public forum for consumers to read about products and their manufacturers, It is clear to everyone that those who are making these remarks are simply competitors selling other brands and wanting to deter customers from buying our products.
Thank You,

I would stay far, far away from sundance. I purchased their top model, the Aspen, less than three weeks ago and haven't been able to enjoy it yet. Spent $20,000 on the "best in tHe industry" and they can't fix it. It is less than three weeks old. From the first day they installed it, it didn't work. They have sent technicians out two times a week and still can't get it working. They refuse to replace it or refund my money. I am now forced to go to court to get my money back. Buy anywhere but sundance if you want to actually sit in and enjoy your hot tub!
