Can anyone give me information based on first hand knowledge on this Company. I have a deposit in for an Atlas model.. but have found some "less then flattering" remarks on the web tonight.
Thank-you

Been coming across spas for a long time in the pool business, but I never heard of Hawkeye. That should tell you something, but not necessarily bad.

I am not up on all the models . But have been to the factory in Richmond Va. and I bought a Barefoot hot tub from Hawkeye and have been very happy with it . My model is the Br57 barefoot. the factory said that the Barefoot models is built a little better as for thickness in the shell and full foam. same electrical equipment I think. The company as been very helpfull for the problems I have had and I have not needed any service so far just PSI adjustment and was told on the phone how to fix it, just a screw driver fix problem... All I can say is for a small three person tub it is great for me and the wife.Plenty of room. Any question I'll try to answer.

http://www.hotdirecttubs.com/spashome.html check out this web site these spa prices I chose the starboard and it's made by hawkeye and got hottub for less than the price shown because I was willing to pick spa up from the factory. hope this helps you..might depend were you live, but a drive to Richmond va. to see the different model spa's and seat in dry to make sure it fits your need. and they fill spa's daily for testing for leaks, Everyone there was very nice on our (wife and I) day there in the factory.

I just put a deposit down on the same model. Have you had any problems since your last post? I checked better business bureau and they have 10 complaints on file--9 resolved. I have some question as to whether hotdirecttubs.com is the same company with online sales. Has anyone seen a dealer for this company?
