Many people find that Biorhythms are highly accurate in tracking moods, feelings and health. Graphed lines above the middle indicate a positive or "high day" for that attribute (physical, emotional, intellectual). Graphed lines below the middle indicate a negative or "low day" for that attribute. Where any two graphed lines intersect is called a "critical day" (either high or low) for those attributes. On the rare occasions where three graphed lines intersect, that is a super critical day (either high or low). Either stay inside all day (low) or go out and buy lottery tickets (high)!
